There’s an old saying that says, “If you don’t take care of the customer, somebody else will.”  The majority of our customers came to us because their previous IT provider had failed.  Since 1999, we have not lost a single client except for a few businesses that fell to the weak economy.  I am very proud of this fact.  The majority of our clients have continued to grow, despite this weak economy. We’ve played an important role in the growth of many of our clients by designing systems that are scalable to their businesses without breaking their budgets.  We are extremely efficient and listen to our customers’ needs.  Our customers have been the leading source of our referrals.  The hardest part of my job is convincing a new customer that they should use our services. If we are able to open that door, they usually become a customer for life.  I am very grateful that we have been able to retain all of our customers and continue to grow at a nice, moderate pace.
